Anne Saker is a staff writer at The Cincinnati Enquirer/cincinnati.com. The native of Columbus graduated from Ohio University and has been a reporter from coast to coast, at United Press International and Gannett News Service in Washington, D.C., The News & Observer of Raleigh, N.C. and The Oregonian in Portland, Oregon. Back in Ohio, she joined The Enquirer in 2014 to cover the science of health and the business of medicine.
Saker was a member of the Enquirer team that won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize in local reporting for the news organization’s “Seven Days of Heroin” project and the follow-up, “Elliana’s Story.”
