Vietnam veteran Gordon L. Dillow spent thirty years as a reporter, columnist and war correspondent for the L.A. Times, L.A. Herald Examiner, Orange County Register, and many others. He contributed to the Columbia Journalism Review, American Heritage, L.A. Times Magazine, and other magazines and journals. He spent time as a reporter with the Marines in Iraq from 2003 to 2008. Dillow has authored and co-authored five non-fiction books, including “Fire in the Sky”. Dillow graduated from the University of Montana. and currently lives in Arizona, north of Phoenix.
