Linda Howe Reports:
I wanted to learn when K. Price first saw the controversial MOTHERSHIP pattern in her wheat field and to ask her straightforwardly if she collaborated with MOTHERSHIP Glass in Bellingham, Washington, to allow the large circular pattern to be made in exchange for money. But within a minute on the phone, she made it clear that she did not want to talk by hanging the phone up on me right after she said, “I wasn’t even here. I was away on holiday. I know nothing about it!”
However, that turns out not to be true, according to one of the Ansty residents, who says it was only K’s parents, Jackie and Robin Oborne, who went to Devon for five days in early August. K. Price remained on her PYO Farm while eight people worked with poles and lasers, first in the cover of darkness on the first three nights. Then those people worked shifts during daylight for the next two weeks, looking like farm hands in the wheat, except their three vans of equipment parked behind K. Price’s Pick Your Own Farm Shop were not local Ansty vehicles.
